It produces  Extra Oil Vergine di Oliva from olives of origin from the sour one of the zone the of Ostuni. The production  of  the oil happens in suitable atmospheres, with traditional and techinical system to vangurad of the oleario field, in the full respect of the norms hygienic-sanitary. The company produces morevover goat cheeses from its bredings.The experience of many years has always maintained natural and genuine the products .
